Received my four boxes of fruit that I had been looking forward to and three if the four were picture perfect but the one packaged with the mandarins was disappointing. Three were rotted and had to be thrown away and the rest didn't look very appealing, they weren't arranged in any order and rolling around in the box. I contacted customer support by email on December 19, 2025 once I opened the box and took inventory to request they at least replace the ones that were rotted but have not heard from them yet and today is the 27th.
