Unable to deliver to Canada

I ordered a fruit basket with candy.
I was informed later that the candy could not be included because of Customs . I said ok and I was refunded the money. I was given a 7 day period for delivery. I didn't not hear from family about the Xmas gift. I called the office after Xmas and after some research . I was told that Custom didn't let it go thru..no reasons given.
I wish I would have been informed.

Five days after I ordered Fed Ex had not received my order, the day I called you they got it that evening. My order was five days later than I had promised the recipient; this does not make my company look good. The product was reported as excellent and was a great treat for northwesterners; much better than the California products they get.
