Could not tell when my package which was a gift shipped. Unable to track would have been nice so I could alert the recipent it had arrived.
Ordered 40 organges only one was rotten.

Once your order was selected for shipping, within 24 hours we send tracking emails out to all our customers whose gifts have been selected for shipping. This is to allow UPS enough time to update their system. In this case the order shipped on December 6th and per UPS.com it was delivered on Wednesday, December 7th. We placed two orders. One from you and one from another fruit company in Florida. The first left a lot to be desired so when we got the order from Groves we were very pleased with the sweetness and flavor. The sugar bells were a bit smaller than I thought but should have known by the name that they wouldn't be large. But they were plenty for a serving.

We ordered several packages to go to 3 different family members in different states, they said the fruit was excellent and arrived on time and in good condition. I ordered from another company last year and all 3 packages there was a lot of rotten pieces. Also we put the wrong address in for one of the gifts and it went to the wrong person, but Gregory's was unbelievable understanding and sent out another package to our Grandson at no charge to us.

Several years ago, after bad shipments (very bad bruising, leaked juice covering all items, moldy oranges, late delivery) from three different Florida citrus companies, I vowed to never again purchase fruit that way. So I began to immediately discard the mailed ad for Gregory's Sugar Babies when I recalled some friends raving about them a year ago. So I went online to order a case, which arrived in just a few days -- all in perfect condition. I shared some with three co-workers, and all independently said they were the best oranges they ever had, echoing my own thoughts.
