Please know it is never our intention that our product arrive in less than perfect condition but know that when shipping a perishable product that there are things which can occur during the transportation process which may affect the fruit. My only complaint is that you ask for a delivery date for the order, however they always arrive a week or more before the date I request. I select a date when I know someone will be home to receive the gift. Creates some problems for the gifted person.
