I ordered the Favorites collection for my family in Upstate NY. The order shipped on Monday and was received on Thursday. They couldn't stop raving about how delicious the grapefruits and navel oranges were. There were 2 oranges that were not edible as they had "expired" during transit. When I called Gregory's to give this feedback, they immediately sent a replacement order as part of their freshness guarantee. This was the perfect gift and I'll definitely order from Gregory's again!
