I am a first-time buyer from Gregory's Groves, switching to them because i had an unfortunate experience last year from another grower and the satisfaction guarantee caught my eye. It's the real deal. I had placed two orders a few weeks apart, and had an issue with the first one. I sent email about the problem, and they sent a replacement of the order immediately, no questions asked. It's pretty rare these days to find that kind of commitment to quality. I'll be ordering again next Honeybell season!

This is my family's first time ordering from Gregory's Groves. In the past we relied on that famous shopping network that partnered with a competitor. Those Honeybells do not compare in taste, color, texture or the shipment presentation of those from Gregory's Groves. These Honeybells were absolutely flawless. Bright orange, juicy, the fresh citrus scent was an amazing treat. I was nervous to order, but the moment I opened the box and saw 24 perfect fruits I was as thrilled as my family. UPS had shipping problems. Ordered staggered arrivals, but all 3 boxes arrived on the same day. First box ordered contained 12 per tray, and was perfect. Other two boxes had smaller fruit, but 15 pieces per tray, with 3 pieces per box only fit for juicing. Still has the same great flavor I remember. Company is very attentive and concerned about pleasing their customers.

I was worried when I got our order this year. The honey elks didn't look very good. The skin color and markings -and the shape had me concerned. I knew the weather had been "off" for Florida. I opened one up and inside looked good. They taste sweet and are very juicy. I'm glad only the outside of the Honeywell took a beating this year and that the flavor is still there.

I send Honeybells every January to each of my grandchildren as an extension of their Christmas gifts. They love them and are always eager to get them. My grandchildren (5) are all married with families of their own so now the Honeybells are being enjoyed by yet another generation. While I live in Florida, they live in Pennsylvania and Maryland so do not have the pleasure of fresh oranges. Gregory's Honeybells are much better than anything you can get in grocery stores in the North East.

I did have one year where the box must have been dropped. I contacted Gregory's, talked with a representative and provided pictures of the box and the damage and they shipped me replacement honeybells. This year and all the other years though no issues. I would only purchased these for a gift due to the high cost. Upon arrival, three had soften and molded, so they had to be thrown out. This makes me anxious as to how long the remainder will last since I purchased four trays. I've kept tangelos from the grocery store in my fruit drawer for over a month without any problems. So, my concern is if these are harvested in January and shipped out pronto then shouldn't the refrigerated self life be greater than the grocery store and moldy oranges should not be happening? I chose the full size HB over the baby ones, but must say the babies are better for individual consumption. The full size are good for sharing. There are seeds which I didn't remember them having before but may be because we usually eat halos. The taste is good and very juicy. Love the vivid orange outside coloring.

I want to tell everyone that I know about Gregory's Groves and especially how wonderful their Honeybells are! I am very happy with their customer service and must tell you the fruit (Honeybells) are delicious. I had ordered Honeybells from a competitor earlier in the year (Pittman & Davis) located in Texas and quickly learned that I made a mistake--I thought it was them that I had ordered from in previous years, but it wasn't. So looked back and found previous orders were from Gregory's Grove, and quickly placed another order. The two companies may sell the same product, however, Gregory's Grove takes it to a whole new level. I was amazed how much better the fruit from Gregory's Grove is packaged--each piece of fruit is packaged in a foam-protected box versus being shipped loose in an open box. The Honeybells from Gregory's was much easier to peel and were very juicy! It goes without saying that Gregory's Groves is my favorite by far! I will absolutely order from them again!! One more thing, after I received my order, I had a question so I called Gregory's. Not surprisingly, the person I spoke with (Belinda) was extremely kind and went above and beyond with helping me (Thank you Belinda!!). And on another occasion, I called and spoke with Elizabeth--she was also very friendly and helpful!! I was blown away with the level and degree of customer service that the staff I spoke with at Gregory's have provided. I ordered some honey bells and I get them almost every year and this batch was not tasty and some were dry and bitter. I contacted customer service via email just to make a comment about what I got and how they tasted. Within an hour or two, may have been longer but point is it was quick, I recieved an email stating that they were sorry for the fruit not being juicy and sweet and will send me a replacement shipment at no cost to me. I got the fruit in a couple of days and they were perfect. Great customer service!!!!!! Honey bells are a favorite of mine. They come into season right as Winter starts to wear me down. This was my first order, it arrived on time and was well packaged. We had 2 honey bells that did not make the trip. It looked like they got frozen then spoiled before delivery. All the others were fine. First shipment arrived with some fruit missing, the box seriously damaged, and fruit frozen. I called and a new box was sent out to me within a week. No arguments. Second shipment delivery date was rescheduled to coordinate with the late receipt of the replacement box. Both boxes were 4 trays of Honey Bells. The second box is due in a week or two. The fruit in the replacement box was not as sweet as it sometimes is but still within acceptable limits.

These were the most juicy and tasty oranges we have ever eaten. Quality was wonderful! Do not be discouraged if your oranges do not look grocery store perfect. They are fresh picked and will have a few outer blemishes, different sizes, and shades of orange. However, once you peel or cut into them, they are so very good and fresh! Highly recommend Gregory's!

The Honeybells we ordered from Gregory's were unbelievable. 4 Trays weren't enough. We shared one tray with our neighbor and together agreed that it was the best citrus that we'd ever had. So juicy and sweet! Can't wait until next years harvesting season for these.

We've ordered Honeybells from Gregory's off and on for several years, and were very happy in the past with the quality and taste. However in recent years they're are just not as good as the once were. Most were pretty green, and juicy, but just not that tasty. In fairness, we've also ordered from other groves and have found similar results. Sadly, these oranges are nothing like they used to be.

I have ordered Honeybells from several companies (Cushmans, Hales Groves, Harry and David, QVC) and these have been by far the best Honeybells. They are full of flavor and they have no seeds. I know that Honeybells are supposed to be seedless, but somehow most of the other companies (except Cushman's) always had seeds. The other great thing about ordering from Gregorys is that they ship via UPS. There was no FedEx to screw up the delivery. I will certainly be ordering these again from Gregory's.

The skins were a little more difficult to peel off than I remember, so I wonder if they were so fresh when picked that they needed a few more days before you tried peeling them. I purchased these for my sister-in-law in Virginia. I had sent her some in January from another company. When she received the honeybells from Gregory's in February, she said they were the best she had ever received. They were sweet and very juicy and of the four trays, none of them were bad. I send her honeybells each year as she cannot find them in Virginia. I will be ordering them from Gregory's in the future. I wish I had gotten mine from Gregory's as the ones I purchased, were not very good this year. Plus, Gregory's did not charge an enormous amount for shipping the other company charged almost as much for the shopping as the honeybells cost.

I ordered a tray of Honeybells for my mom. These were delivered as expected the last week of January to Minnesota and I was lucky enough that she shared some with me. They are the most flavorful and juicy oranges, super good! And, not just one of them, all of them that have been eaten so far are outstanding. The appearance looked just like the website, flawless! While I know the exterior of the orange doesn't need to be "perfect" it was nice since they were a gift in the middle of winter.

These Honeybells open so easy and taste wonderful. Love Honeybells. Realize that the balance between underripe and over ripe is tough when you are shipping the product. I think your firm does a good job and stands behind your product when errors occur.

Only one Honeybell was broken. All the rest fine and taste great. Sugarbells are better. Didn't order those this year.

How Many Trays should I order?

Since our grove-fresh and tree-ripened fruit will last 2 to 4 weeks in the refrigerator, we suggest that you order a minimum of two trays of gift fruit...plenty of citrus for one person for one to two weeks, with a few extra to share. Depending upon the size and selection of fruit, each tray holds approximately 10 pounds. We suggest you use the following chart as a rule of thumb when ordering:
